Product configurations
Web access editions require internet access. Choose this edition if you wish to access your text from more than one computer and have internet access from each computer. A User ID and password are required to log on to the text.
Local access editions download the entire text to a single computer and do not require internet access once the download is complete. Choose this edition if you only need to access your text from a single computer and/or would like to access the text offline. No User ID/password is required.
1-Year License – valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase.
6-Year License – allows a school to purchase a digital textbook that is loaned to a student during a school year. The item may be loaned to a new student the following year. Access expires after 11 months and the license resets for the new student. The license expires six years from the date of purchase.
Solution Guides – Solutions Guides are available for all Physics products. The Solutions Guides provide worked out solutions for the end of chapter problems. This product is sold only to teachers and requires a school purchase order. It cannot be ordered through the web store. Please contact Customer Service at 800-831-4190 to order.
Printed Textbooks – printed versions of our textbooks are available only with the purchase of digital copies.
Teacher Starter Pack – This package includes a teacher license and 5 student licenses. This is available for Math products only. This product is sold only to teachers and requires a school purchase order. It cannot be ordered through the web store. Please contact Customer Service at 800-831-4190 to order.
Online Homework is available for all digital interactive textbooks except Virtual Physics Labs. Pricing is per student/per year with a free Instructor's account.

Return Policy
Call (800) 831-4190 within 90 days for a return authorization number prior to returning any materials. Please have your Perfection Learning invoice number, purchase order number, or our original number available at the time you place the call. Returns will not be accepted without an authorization number. If key codes have been used, product will not be accepted for return.
Because home schoolers are not eligible for a 30-day trial, returns will be accepted for 30 days after purchase.
